Jamie is the Founder and President of JP Work Solutions LLC, a recruitment solutions leader within the Information Technology market. He is well-versed in the sales, pre-sales, executive leadership and product management side of the business. Jamie has successfully sold at the national account level, led sales teams and managers in established IT organizations and helped rebuild the sales infrastructure of technology organizations that need retooling.
Jamie's recruiting career is built on a 20+ year foundation serving as a National Account Manager (major telecommunications vendor), Vice President of Sales (inside and outside) for a major privately held enterprise software solutions provider and Vice President of Sales for an established content managed database company. He has managed staffs of up to 55 people and has led the efforts to build organizational infrastructure for sustained growth.
He has worked with Fortune 1000 companies such as Fidelity Investments, SunTrust banks, BankOne and Daimler Chrysler in major enterprise software and telecommunications sales. Simply said, he knows the business inside and out. Jamie knows the value of great talent and the value of teamwork to accomplish goals, He understands that people are what make systems work.
Jamie earned a degree in Business Administration from Ohio University.
