Jamie Admonius

James (Jamie) Admonius is the Founder and Managing Partner of JP Work Solutions LLC, a global recruitment solutions leader in the Information Technology market. Jamie brings 20+ years of experience in enterprise level sales, sales operations and executive level leadership to resource when working with client companies or top level candidates. He is well versed in all sales roles, product management, pre-sales support, services delivery, marketing, solution architects and other business and client roles within technology firms.

Prior to entering the recruiting profession, he built his knowledge and experience selling at a global account level, managing dispersed nationwide sales teams and helping re-tool the sales infrastructure for a Fortune 100 Telecommunications leader, a global enterprise software firm and an established industry-leading managed content database company. He earned recognition and added invaluable business experience during this phase of his career.

Since opening JP Work Solutions, Jamie has been fortunate to work with many executive decision-makers in market-leading technology firms across the Southeast and Midwest, as well as nationwide, placing VP's, business unit executives, directors, sales professionals, engineering and marketing leaders. He has earned Pacesetter status and JP Work Solutions was recognized as a Rookie Office of the Year in the South Atlantic Region of the MRI Network under Jamie's leadership.

Jamie was born and raised in the Midwest, where he has grounded his professional background, graduating from Ohio University. He has made Naples, FL his home since 1997 where he has raised his family and launched JP Work Solutions.
